2. Purpose of the Website
This website is developed to support the operations of the City Civil Registry Office by providing digital services related to civil registry records management, request processing, document tracking, and payment monitoring.
The system is intended for official government-related transactions and administrative use only.
3. Administrator Access Only
Access to the system dashboard and management features is restricted to authorized administrators of the City Civil Registry Office only.
Only designated personnel are allowed to:
- Log into the system
- Manage records and transactions
- Process document requests
- Monitor payments
- Update and maintain registry information
Unauthorized access attempts are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. User Responsibilities
Authorized administrators agree to:
- Provide accurate login credentials
- Maintain the confidentiality of their account information
- Use the system only for official purposes
- Prevent unauthorized access to the system
- Log out after each session when using shared devices
Administrators are responsible for all activities performed under their assigned accounts.
5. Security and Account Protection
The system administrators reserve the right to:
- Suspend or deactivate accounts involved in suspicious activities
- Monitor login attempts and system activities
- Restrict access during maintenance or security incidents
Any misuse of the system, including unauthorized modification or deletion of records, is strictly prohibited.
6. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
The system complies with the provisions of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
All information stored and processed within the system shall be treated as confidential and shall only be accessed by authorized personnel for legitimate government purposes.
Administrators must ensure that personal and civil registry data are protected from unauthorized disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
7. Accuracy of Information
Authorized personnel are responsible for ensuring that all encoded and processed information within the system is accurate, complete, and updated.
Clients are likewise responsible for providing correct, truthful, and complete information and documentary requirements during transactions and requests.
The City Civil Registry Office shall not be held liable for delays, processing issues, or errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by clients.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including system designs, databases, text, graphics, logos, and software components, are the property of the City Civil Registry Office and its developers.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of any part of the system is prohibited.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the system
- Share login credentials with unauthorized persons
- Upload malicious software or harmful files
- Manipulate or falsify records
- Use the system for illegal or unauthorized activities
Violations may result in disciplinary action, termination of access, and possible legal proceedings.

The system administrators and developers shall not be held liable for:

- Delays due to technical interruptions
- Unauthorized access resulting from compromised administrator credentials
- Damages arising from misuse of the system

Continued use of the system after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including:

- Act No. 3753 (Civil Registry Law)
